a tool for developers under Visual Basic, ACCESS, EXCEL, Delphi, .NET and other develop environments. It’s a simple but heavyset medium for the programming of TAPI.

topTapi was developed especially to simplify the control of telephones with Tapi support.

Take any number of devices out of your application. The callinfo and callstate events give you information about the present call status of the corresponding devices at any time. The complex instruction set of topTapi allows you to perform all necessary functions of your Tapi device in a program-controlled way. Use the installed ACD functions to make a change of status of agencies or to monitor them.

system requirements

topTapi requires Tapi 2.x or 3.x.

One of the following operating systems is required:

Windows NT 4, Windows 2000, Windows XP (32/64 Bit), Windows 2003 (32/64 Bit), Windows Vista

(32/64 Bit) or Windows 7 (32/64 Bit).

Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98SE and Windows ME are no longer supported!

All topTapi functions will only be available if they are supported by the TSP that is being utilized!
